Please follow this process to secure a property.

Step 1: view the property

Please contact us to view the property. We will give you a website link where you can view all contracts, condition reports, and other documents.

Step 2: confirm interest

If you would like to proceed with rental:

  1. Contact us to ensure the property is still available.
  2. Decide which of you will be the Lead Student.
  3. Give all your names and email addresses to us.

Please let us know if any student is from outside of the UK so you can be advised of additional paperwork.

Step 3: pay Holding Deposit

All tenants will be emailed a digital copy of the “Initial Holding Deposit” document. Each must:

  1. Give their proportion of the Holding Deposit to the Lead Student.
  2. Have the Lead Student pay the full Holding Deposit to us.
  3. Ask permission from someone to be their Guarantor.
  4. Digitally sign the document.

We will confirm the property is secured for at least ten working days.

Step 4: sign all contracts and pay the remaining deposit

All students will be emailed a digital copy of the contract. All must:

  1. Enter their name, home address, home telephone, mobile telephone, email, date of birth, University, course, year of study, and student ID number.
  2. Upload a scan of their student ID card.
  3. Upload a scan of their passport.
  4. Pay their remaining deposit directly to us.
  5. Digitally sign and date the document to agree to the terms of the contract.

All Guarantors will be emailed a digital copy of the Deed of Guarantee. All must:

  1. Enter the student’s name, their name, address, telephone, and email.
  2. Upload two scanned proofs of UK address.
  3. Consent to a credit check.
  4. Digitally sign and date the document to agree to the terms of the contract.

The property is secured once all Students and Guarantors have completed their forms with accurate information before the “sign-by” date.

Step 5: move in

We will confirm your rental agreement and provide moving-in instructions.
