The cleaning will cover: communal areas and hallways, bathrooms and shower rooms: wiping down services, kitchens: basic wipe-downs of surfaces and sinks (not washing dishes, emptying bins etc), bedrooms: light vacuuming and dusting services. You would still be responsible for maintaining general cleanliness, including washing dishes, emptying bins etc. The “service providers” will access the property with their own set of keys and will endeavour to give you advanced notice of when they will attend, they are not obliged to.

All our houses are fully compliant with the latest HMO requirements and are regularly inspected for gas, electrical, portable appliance safety and fire safety etc.
