Please provide:
- the address of the property
- your name
- your telephone number
- the names of the other students
All properties are let on a joint agreement to a group of students. Single rooms are not available individually.
To reserve a property after viewing, all students must:
Provide their details, their guarantor’s details, and sign the Initial Holding Deposit agreement.
Pay a holding deposit.
Sign the full Licence to Occupy agreement.
Pay the remainder of the deposit.
The process takes up to ten working days depending on the speed of student and guarantor responses. The full deposit is protected by MyDeposits and returned when the contract ends.
