Apply for occupancy
To arrange a student property viewing, please contact:
info {at} exeter-student-lets dot co dot uk
and provide:
- the address of the property
- your name
- your telephone number
- the names of the other students
We and/or our property management agency will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time.
Note: properties are occupied on a joint agreement to groups of students. Single rooms are not available individually.
How to reserve a property
To reserve a property after viewing, all students must:
Provide their details and their guarantor’s details.
Where requested, pay an initial holding deposit and sign the agreement.
Sign the full occupancy agreement and pay the remainder of the deposit.
The process takes up to 15 working days depending on student and guarantor responses.
Deposits are protected by an official provider such as MyDeposits and returned when your contract ends.
