RE: Cleaning of property: The property will receive a clean every week of the communal areas and bedrooms. The cleaning will cover: communal areas and hallways, bathrooms and shower rooms: wiping down services, kitchens: basic wipe-downs of surfaces and sinks (not washing dishes, emptying bins etc), bedrooms: light vacuuming and dusting services. You would still be responsible for maintaining general cleanliness, including washing dishes, emptying bins etc. The “service providers” will access the property with their own set of keys and will endeavour to give you advanced notice of when they will attend, they are not obliged to.
A HOLDING DEPOSIT: This is to reserve the property. You will be required to pay £100 each which will be deducted from your Property Deposit when due. (Full details of the “Holding Deposit” will be sent when there is an interested party.)
The remainder of the Property Deposit is payable at the signing of the Contract.
